                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
                   SEWER EASEMENTS FROM JESSE W. ZEIGLER AND
                   PATSY ZEIGLER, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 72,
                   HIXSON COLLECTION SYSTEM, TRACT NOS. 105 AND
                   182, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF ONE
                   THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,875.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of sewer easements from Jesse W. Zeigler and Patsy
       Zeigler, relative to Contract No. 72, Hixson Collection System,
       Tract No. 105 for an amount of $1,250.00 and Tract No. 182 for an 

       amount of $625.00, for a total consideration of $1,875.00.
